The average delivery time for standard deliveries is 14-20 working days, for express deliveries 5-9 working days. For the United States and major European countries such as France, Standard Delivey can be delivered in 10-15 business days shorter and express delivery in only 3-7 business days or faster. (depending on the regions). We also need 3-5 working days to manufacture, so customers can receive the product in 17-25 working days via standard delivery and 8-14 working days via express.

What if the recipient's address was wrong?

If the recipient's address was incorrect, you are responsible for it. Usually the package will be returned to the return address. If you set the return address as your own, you can update the address and resend the order. If our address is set as the return address, we will contact you for an updated address.

If the package was not returned to the sender, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send us a photo of the damaged goods . We would be happy to send you a free replacement.

How long do I have to apply for a return / exchange?

Complaints about incorrect, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For parcels that are lost during transport, all complaints must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the expected delivery date.

How should I clean my hats?

The best way to clean your caps is to wash them by hand instead of putting them in a washing machine. This helps maintain shape and does not decrease the quality of the embroidered design.

We recommend washing them with a mild detergent (not bleach) in lukewarm water. If there are stains that require more attention, then you can use a brush with soft bristles.

An order that goes from the location to a final address in Europe reaches its destination in about 1-10 days after fulfillment and is exempt from customs duties.

We're adding more products as they become available, but we won't all have the same options as in the U.S. Because not all of our products are available from our European suppliers or are stored reliably.
