Due to COVID19, additional delivery delays are to be expected in some cases. We reserve the right depending on the orders of the destination country, accordingly, the goods elsewhere to send or to have another partner manufactured. We thank you for your understanding.

We are adding a new shipping region - EFTA countries - for shipments to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. The new tariffs will come into force on April 14, 2020.

To estimate when your customer will receive their order, add our fulfillment time to the shipping time.

Due to Covid-19, we have deactivated shipping to selected countries. Our execution and shipping times can also be longer. You can find more information in our Covid-19 updates.

The average delivery time for standard deliveries is 14-20 working days, for express deliveries 5-9 working days. For the USA and major European countries such as France, Standard Delivey can be delivered in 10-15 working days shorter and Express can be delivered in just 3-7 working days or faster. (depending on the regions). Also, we need 3-5 working days to manufacture, so customers can get the product in 17-25 working days by standard delivery and 8-14 working days by express.

What if the recipient's address was wrong?

If the recipient's address was wrong, it is your responsibility. Usually the package will be sent back to the return address. If you set the return address as your own, you can update the address and re-send the order. If our address is set as the return address, we will contact you for an updated address.

If the package was not returned to the sender, you would need to process a new order to replace the original.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send us a photo of the damaged goods. We will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.

How long do I have to submit an application for a return / exchange?

Complaints about incorrect, damaged or defective items must within 4 weeks Submitted upon receipt of the product. For packages that are lost in transit, all complaints must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the expected delivery date.

How should I clean my hats?

The best way to clean your caps is to hand wash them instead of putting them in a washing machine. This will help retain its shape and will not reduce the quality of the embroidered design.

We recommend them with a mild detergent Wash (not bleach) in lukewarm water. If there are stains that require more attention, a soft bristle brush can be used.

An order that goes from the location to a final address in Europe reaches its destination in approx. 1-10 days after fulfillment and is exempt from customs duties.

We'll add more products as they become available, but we won't all have the same options as we do in the US. Because not all of our products are available from our European suppliers or are reliably stored.
